I got Harley after making a cross country move, things didn't go as planned and I was hit by one trial after another. Harley could sense my stress levels, and without any training, he would do pressure therapy or do whatever necessary to cause me to focus on him. It was not to long after that I was diagnosed with PTSD. The power of a dog changed my life completely. Yes he has his wort's, but that was a small price to pay for the benefit he brought me on a mental and personal level. It was at that time I decided if there was a way to help others it was something I absolutely wanted to do. So many people today would benefit from that kind of loyalty and compassion, and there is not much better than impacting people's lives in a positive way. This was when I started looking for a dog related to Harley with similar characteristics when we finally found Suki. 3 years later we brought her home to start the foundation of Harleys legacy, and here we are today some 5 years later. I believe God created us with the assignment of taking care of the animals, and still today this can bring us the greatest comfort by doing so, It is my hope that we can place the right dog that best suits the life of you and your family
